On Tuesday May 1, U.S. District Judge George Daniels ordered Iran to pay billions of dollars in damages to the families of victims of the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks, allegedly for its part in the mass-murder of 9/11.  This is the same judge who dismissed “with prejudice” my “no planes” 9-11 qui tam law suit against 20+ National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) contractors paid $20 million for scientific fraud, though he got one thing right in my case by denying defendants’ demand for payment of their legal “costs” which exclude attorneys fees.

Daniels ordered the Islamic Republic and various entities to pay $12.5 million per spouse, $8.5 million per parent or child and $4.25 million per sibling.  However, Iran never contested the law suits so the ruling is by default — and largely symbolic — since there is  no (peaceful) way to force Tehran to pay damages.

In a related decision Judge Daniels rejected defendant Saudi Arabia’s request on March 29 to dismiss 9/11 lawsuits seeking damages against Saudi Arabian entities who allegedly  planned the 9/11  attacks.  Mr. Daniels said the plaintiffs’ allegations “narrowly articulate a reasonable basis” for him to assert jurisdiction over Saudi Arabia under the Justice Against Sponsors of Terrorism Act (JASTA) which Congress passed over President Obama’s veto in 2016.

How stupid is all this?  Incredibly stupid!  The whole hijacker plane meme is a hoax which can be summed up by the headline “four cleanest crash sites” in aviation history.  The Iranian thing is truly absurd and a non-starter.  No one has brought evidence forward that Iran was involved in 9/11 beyond war propaganda that Iran is a “bad actor” and a politically-named State sponsor of terrorism (i.e., fails to play vassal to U.S. orders).  Daniels probably does not know or care that Iran and Saudi Arabia are bitter rivals in the middle east, Iranian Shia Muslim versus Saudi Sunni Muslim.  And they both could be found simultaneously culpable for 9/11!?  I’m not imaginative enough to even make up crap like this.

Suppose you, dear reader, do not yet find proof of no 9-11 planes compelling; you can still read Elias Davidsson’s book and learn that there is no evidence for hijackers.  See especially his Chapter 2, “Shattering the Myth of 19 Muslim Hijackers.”  Or consider this piece of the puzzle: in 2006 Rex Tomb, Chief of Investigative Publicity for the FBI, admitted, “The reason why 9/11 is not mentioned on Osama bin Laden’s Most Wanted page is because the FBI has no hard evidence connecting bin Laden to 9/11” (Davidsson, p. 27).  As Davidsson writes, “A government innocent of mass-murder [primarily of its own citizens!] would be expected not only to seek the truth about this crime but show particular zeal in doing so, including by presenting the most incriminating evidence it possesses.  It would do so both to satisfy a legitimate expectation of its population…and to dispel any existing suspicions of its own complicity…The fact that the U.S. authorities–who can access all available facts–failed to prove, even on the preponderance of the evidence, that the 19 alleged hijackers boarded the respective aircraft and participated in the mass-murder of 9/11, leaves only one reasonable conclusion to the ordinary citizen, namely that these 19 individuals did not board the respective aircraft and thus did not participate in the mass-murder” (pp. 57-8).

Will the Kingdom defend itself in court against the 9/11 plaintiffs?  Probably not, and therefore it likely risks a default judgment of plenty of $ billions against it.  But wouldn’t it  be great if the Saudis defended themselves in court, assuming they had no links to the crime of 9/11?  For the sake of argument suppose clean hands for the Saudis.  Its defense might begin by putting a few of the accused Saudi hijackers on the witness stand and under oath asking, “Did you hijack flight (AA11, UA175, AA77 or UA93) on September 11, 2001, and crash it (into the World Trade Center, Pentagon, or near Shanksville PA), killing all aboard?”  Lol, that would blow the official narrative to KINGDOM COME forever and a day!

Of course this would never happen, since the 9/11 fraud must be protected at virtually all costs.  U.S. foreign policy is all buddy-buddy with Saudi Arabia because of oil, pipelines, arms deals, Israel, etc., so they both have powerful motives to cover everything up together.  The Royal family likely agreed in advance with its close friends the Bush crime family, CIA, etc., to take a PR hit with its claimed 15 of 19 hijackers, who in reality were Saudi patsies parading around the United States to establish plausible 9/11 villains in advance–a bunch of Lee Harvey Oswalds to blame.  Both the Saudis and the Bush neocon crowd (plus Deep State, military-industrial-complex, the energy industry and even blood-thirsty Americans) got what they wanted by U.S. military invasion and “control” of the middle east.  Well, maybe not all what they wanted considering the bloody mess they have made of it.  In any event, the empire’s intel services know that arranging the cover up in advance is more important than execution of the false flag attack itself because sustaining the Big Lie is paramount.  It’s their job to do both and do them well.

President George W. Bush: “So, we’ve got these Saudi patsies running around to set up 9/11. What do you think?” Saudi Prince Bandar: “Works for us with the right money.”

And what about the declassified 28 page section of the 2002 Joint Congressional Inquiry into Intelligence Community Activities Before and After the Terrorist Attacks of September 11, 2001?  It’s all pretty squishy, summed up on p. 441: “However, both the FBI and CIA still have only a limited understanding of the Saudi government’s ties to terrorist elements.”  The truth will out however: there were no hijackers nor airliner crashes on 9/11.  The official narrative blames Arab hijackers for the mass-murder of 9/11 based on evidence…what evidence?  No one can prove a lie, no matter how much evidence is fabricated, destroyed or faked.  The government never tried to prove its Big Lie, stalled around, never issued its promised white paper, never blamed or fired anyone, never sent out honest forensic investigators, never did an honest report on any aspect of 9/11.  Nope, it’s hammer time: go to war, invade Afghanistan (how’s that coming along nearly 17 years later?), next Iraq, etc.  All based on lies and more lies by both government and its allies in the media, MIC, “allies,” think tanks and academe.  These facts and hundreds if not thousands more point to who the real 9/11 defendants should be.
