NOTICE. A major update is in the works. One of the underlying assumptions of the paper has been changed significantly, which requires all sections related to that assumption to be adjusted.

The overall thesis remains the same, but I wish to keep the paper as accurate as possible and not push what I know to be untrue or misleading. There is no set time frame that this will be completed, but hopefully it won't take too long to rework.
